However, the hysteresis controller will introduce more ripple in discrete digital system. Notify that both sampling and calculating delay times contribute the ripple response which degrades the control quality in motor system. The proposed control system calculates the stator''s magnetism flux and torque with detecting the three-phase current, three-phase voltage and the rotor speed.Futher more the fuzzy controller,the predictive controller , and the coordinate transform circuit , are used to have a suitable response in voltage vector, which not only improves the torgue in conventional DTC, but also eliminates the large ripple in flux. Both advantages enhance the system stability. by decreasing the time delay in hysteresis controller. After the syntax and function have been verified, the control system is implemented with the synthesis tool, the auto place & routed tool, and the, verification tool, an ASIC is fabricated in 0.18-μm 1P6M CMOS process for three-phase induction motor control system. 宋國明 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 98 zh-TW
