Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電力電子產業研發碩士專班 === 102 === This thesis is to develop a flyback converter with primary side control in which an auxiliary winding is used to sense the output voltage and achieve the regulation of the output voltage or current without using additional optical coupler, TL431 and other components to constuct the error amplifier for output feedback. The implemented flyback converter operates in DCM and the pulse frequency modulation is utilized. The switching frequency is lowered for light-loads to reduce the switching losses of the power switch and the frequency is modulated to be higher for heavy-loads to reduce conduction losses. In the conventional flyback converters, the sensed auxiliary winding voltage is subject to leakage inductance, winding uncertainty and the core nonlinear so that the output voltage response is poor. In this thesis, a primary side control IC is used to improve the dynamic response, theoretical analysis of the implemented system is provided and the experimental results connect the good dynamic response of the output voltage.
