According to the former research, while exercising with fast tempo music playing, the raising speed of heart rate and HRR will become different. Therefore, people exercise with music has become a trend. As the past researches revealed, Taiwanese are interested in wearing wearable devices while exercising for listening to music and other reasons. Currently, the wearing-device can retrieve bio-signal successfully, but it’s usually make users feel uncomfortable, which will interfere experiment executing and decline user’s willing to use it. Thence, this paper adapts a “Smart Headphone” with features of comfortable wearing experience, easy to wear for both genders, and heart rate detecting while playing music, and applies it on subject who is executing designed “experiment of progressive resistance stationary ergometer exercise” and resting in gym with preferred music playing. After being analyzed, observing the change of HR and HRR, in order to finding out the relationship between these two parameters and behaviors with music in exercise and rest. After validated with professional medical device in exercise test, results indicate our heart measurement function of HEALTH headphone has the high correlation coefficient R2=0.9749 with it and mean accuracy is 98.62%±1.07%, which means the heart rate measurement in this headphone has efficiency as medical grade. In analysis result of exercise experiment, this research discovers that subject listening to preferred in the entire experiment has the most significant raising on HRR, and listening to music in exercise has the smaller impact to the subject with lower Fitness Index, last, this research didn’t find out difference between music tempos, genders, BMI and other physiological parameters. 李仁貴 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW |
