Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木與防災研究所 === 102 === This research intends to powder abandoned calcium silicate board in order to find the possibility of calcium silicate board powder which could be instead of metakaolin. We consider powder weight as a variable and add the powder into geopolymer to find different possibilities. In the beginning, we take 4 range weights from 0% to 100% calcium silicate board powder to test its mechanics, including physical property and resist compression. In addition, we use calcium silicate board powder instead of metakaolin and put it into geopolymer from 0% to 50% different weights to research entire effect. We found from the result that when we increase the powder weight from 25 % to 75%, the resist compression is lower than 100% in 28 days average. In the other words, when calcium silicate board powder fully instead of metakaolin , the resist compression is better than 75% weight. In the meanwhile, the solidity doesn’t change much when we increase the powder weight. This means even though 28 days’ resist compression will decrease due to raise powder proportion, the function has no big difference. Thus, if the fore design doesn’t require too much, calcium silicate board powder is a good choice to down cost. Furthermore, add extra calcium silicate board powder could enhance the resist compression in the beginning and the end period. We could be sure that abandoned calcium silicate board could truly recycle and be used in geopolymer --- from trash become gold.
