Description
Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 土木工程學系碩士班 === 102 === There are so many fire accidents occurred in our country, but the reasonable model for assessing the residual seismic capacity of fire damaged reinforced concrete (RC) buildings structure is still lacking. In addition, the characteristic of plastic hinge of fire damaged RC members also has never been investigated by domestic and foreign scholars and experts. For these reasons, this paper is intended to investigate the characteristic of plastic hinge of fire damaged RC members and establish the reasonable model for assessing the residual seismic capacity of fire damaged RC buildings structure. In this paper, the analysis data and the test data produced by domestic and foreign scholars and experts were first collected and used to establish the simple model for analyzing the mechanics behavior of fire damaged RC members. The NCREE and SERCB software were then used to investigate and establish the model for analyzing the characteristic of plastic hinge of fire damaged RC members. Thereby establish a rational model for assessing the residual seismic capability of fire damaged RC buildings structure. The results have shown that it is easy to assess the residual strength and stiffness of fire damaged RC beams and columns by using the simple model established in this paper. As well as it is easy to use NCREE or SERCB software to assess the characteristic of plastic hinge of fire damaged RC beams and columns by using the reasonable model modified in this paper. It is also reasonabe to assess the residual seismic capability of fire damaged RC buildings structure by using the evaluation model established in this paper. The results completed by this paper will be of great use for domestic and foreign engineering practitioners and academic reference.
