Further comparison school bullying around the world as an extension cord. Check every detail as possible were bullying countries live and statistics, this study aims to explore the psychological bullying campus groups. As well as students in the school of education how to respond to bullying, I think of my personal opinion describing its countermeasures. This paper is divided into five chapters. A summary of each chapter follows. Chapter 1: This thesis consists of five chapters. The introduction chapter includes the research motivation, antecedent research, research content, and analytical methods applied. Chapter 2: "Background bullying constructed with reason," to grasp the theory after the causes of bullying, bullying-related summary will collate and understand. Chapter 3: “psychological of bullying," the first hidden in the root of bullying, along with the position of the child in all of psychology, based on the analysis and classification of its various psychological bullying finishing time. And to explore the deviation on juvenile crime, bullying of psychology. Chapter 4: "From the point of view bullying countries of Statistics", in order to analyze the cultural differences regarding bullying, look at it from a common international comparison and differences, organize live on national campus crime and bullying, in order to eradicate bullying, explore the roots of the educational system of the school, the family and society.
