E-learning (e-learning) to shorten for the knowledge and application of distance learning,and offers high-made features anywhere,in particular,in line with modern fast-changing social patterns. E-learning (e-learning) is not only a saving of education and training in the use of human,significantly lower the cost of business,meanwhile simplifying the teaching content editing processes,course content can be used many times just once produced,is generally regarded as the country、enterprises and individuals in the knowledge economy era predominate the knowledge、exertion、effective ways to create value.
To survive in the knowledge of economy,the E-learning (e-learning) industry that is the key to improve the overall competitiveness of the national industry. Under network borderless globalization trendy,domestic E-learning (e-learning) industry facing severe challenges,want to overcome obstacles in the environment,the development of appropriate coping strategies is a priority,so the purpose of this study was to investigate the E-learning (e-learning) of Taiwan's business strategy of developing the education industry,offer the E-learning (e-learning) business operators to conduct planning decisions of reference.
For purposes of this study,the research literature review and discussion and case study method for E-learning (e-learning) and education industries,the implementation literature and case study analysis and discussion about Great-Fame digital certificates academy and The University of Texas at ARLINGTON educational services in Taiwan both are focus professional commitment to the full development and use of information to improve the quality of education in Taiwan and functions of the training of human resources. Plans to introduce teaching quality certification standards in line with the production process in order to become the largest E-learning (e-learning) class information provider.
Conclusions,for Taiwan's E-learning (e-learning) research analysis、 E-learning (e-learning) academic research papers analysis and discussion、E-learning (e-learning) academic research impact in higher education industries and the E-learning (e-learning) program to drive the impact of academic research on the teaching of the four-oriented analysis、policy recommendations continue award-learning technology and innovation、 research and education related to field condition、the "long-term" system integration of collaborative research programs and international research and education scene type.
