Nowadays, “the innovation of vocational education” as well as “the combination of vacation and education” is the main developing purposes of “the recreation of the vocational education (the second stage)”. Especially, within the plan, in order to complete the goal, “the combination of certificate and ability”, the government not only makes the list of necessary certificates for each vocation department, but also encourages students to get the certificates. During the national examination of cosmetics, how to the attention from the judges by participants’ skills of making up eye shadow and the colors they choose are the key items of the criteria; hence, by using cluster analysis, Fuzzy Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process, this report aims at studying the color combination of eye shadow disks. This study aims at discussing the combination of the colors of eye shadow disks. By using 139 eye shadow colors, which are the top five combination colors chosen by students of high schools (N=34), and after eliminating the repeating colors, there are total 79 colors. Through the professional interviews (N=10) and cluster analysis, the 79 colors are classified. Afterwards, the result is analyzed again by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in order to find out the best five color combination of eye shadow disks. The final result of this study includes: (1) According to the result, the best five color combinations of eye shadow disks for level B and C certificates of cosmetics is the fifth plan, the fourth plan, the second plan, the third plan and the first plan respectively.(2) The data of this study is the perspectives of the best eye shadow color combination of the examinees of national cosmetics examination, and by using cluster analysis, Fuzzy Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process to conclude a mode for eye shadow color choosing. Hence, this mode can be an objective and effective reference for the eye shadow designers as well as producers to choose the best eye shadow color combination.
