Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 心理與諮商學系碩士班 === 102 === This research uses the method of self-narrative, trying to figure out bipolar mother how to influence the researcher's self-identity and choosing become a helping worker. The researcher first reviews life stories from childhood, and then writes the texts of stories according to the important events in the growth stages. The contents appear in the forms by dialogue, diary or recalling event plots. Then the researcher re-interprets mother's symptoms, situational violence and negative feelings in order to understand deeply and transforms into another version of the stories. Finally the researcher tries to integrate self-reflection and the road of repair that a helping worker has to go through.
