Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系體育教學碩士學位班 === 102 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to survey the current situation of job involvement and teaching effectiveness of elementary school physical education teachers in New Taipei City and the different situation among every factor. This study compared the differences of job involvement and teaching effectiveness, which were caused by different backgrounds, discussed the relevant situations and the predictability of the teaching effectiveness by job involvement. The study method was "Survey Research" by way of customized questionnaire “Questionnaire survey of job involvement and teaching effectiveness of elementary school physical education teachers in New Taipei City”. The survey was based on stratified random sampling. The participants of the research were elementary school teachers who teached physical education in 2013. There were 630 questionnaires sent out, and of which 557 were returned. Statistical package software of SPSS of Windows 20.0 was used for statistical analysis. The result of this study as following: 1. There were four factors of job involvement, among which job identification and job concentration need was paid the most attention. In order of the factors as follows: job delectation, and job evaluation. As for the teaching effectiveness, there were five factors. The others were listed in order as follows: class management, teaching preparation and systematic teaching material, teaching strategies and teaching evaluation. 2. Teachers of varied backgrounds, including gender, ages, years of service in physical education, position, coaches of athletics teams and educational background showed significant difference in job involvement. Teachers of different coaches of athletics teams and educational background also showed significant difference in teaching effectiveness. 3. The job involvement and teaching effectiveness of elementary school physical education teachers in New Taipei City were medium correlated. 4. The teachers’ job concentration and job delectation can be used to predict teachers’ teaching effectiveness.
