Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系體育碩士學位在職進修專班 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to estimate the effects of after 8 weeks plyometric training programs to the tug-of-war athletes in Shin-Hu elementary school. 10 men and 10 females with average height of 155.86cm±11.46cm and 153.78cm±6.29cm, with average weight of 46.34kg±4.82kg and 45.15kg±3.67kg, with average year in Tug of War of 1.25 years participated in a 8-week of plyometric training course. Plyometric Training programs duration 8weeks, 3 days a week, 40 minute a day. Taking pretest and posttest, All data obtained in the test were then statistical analyzed by SPSS for Windows 12.0 and the pair-t test, α=.05. The findings are as followings: 1. There are significant increases on the pulling. 2. There are significant increases on the power.
