Swimming races have become increasingly competitive and can lead to huge distances between opponents without notice. This study takes the participants’ individual pushoff time length, strength, balance, and their individual maximum number doing rope-jumping for 30 seconds as the pretest, taking 90% of the pretest as the initial training intensity and gradually gaining the training intensity for 5 weeks consecutively as the training plan. With a self-made waterproof plate collecting the data of the participants’ strength doing pushoffs, the camera records the time data and then applies the formula I=Ft to calculate. Statistical analysis uses the dependent sample t test to analyze everyone’s weekly training progress. The level of significance is α = .05. The result shows that after 5 weeks’ plyometric training, the participants have increased their explosive force, have enhanced their athletic performance and have all reached the level of significance. This study hopes to provide diversification for future training on swimming, provide references for the coaches and thus enhance the score performance on swimming races. 黃紹仁 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 44 zh-TW
