Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 運動教育研究所 === 102 === The purpose of this research was to investigate the differences and relationship of coach leadership behavior and team cohesion of men's fast pitch softball teams. The research adopted the methods of questionnaire surveys through a convenience sampling to collect data. 330 questionnaires distributed to participants, 301 valid questionnaires were collected. The collected data was statistical analyzed through Descriptive Statistics, Independent Samples T Test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation Coefficients. These research results: 1.Background variables were significant differences in coaches’ leadership behavior except this year number of joins this team and the best ranking. 2. They were significant differences in team cohesion except age, the year number of getting on with coach, this year number of joining this team. 3. Dimensions were significantly middle positive correlation except autocratic behavior. Conclusions: These research results were not tally with research hypothesis. Not all background variables were significant cognitive differences. Each dimension between coach leadership behavior and team cohesion was not all significantly positive correlation.
