The diverse applications of Internet has the impact on various aspects of life. The frequency of using Internet of the elementary school students increases in recent years, especially in the fifth and sixth grader students of the elementary school. This study aims to explore relationships between Internet behavior and Internet addiction of the sixth graders in elementary school by using the Theory of Planned Behavior proposed by Fishbein and Ajzen. This study evaluates the factors of the elementary students Internet addiction through the attitude toward Internet addiction, subjection norm for Internet addiction and perceived behavioral control for Internet addiction. The objects are the sixth graders in two elementary schools in Taoyuan County and the tool is questionnaire. There are 424 valid questionnaires out a total of 458 questionnaires. The main results are as follows: First, there are 95% of the objects who have the online function computer equipment at home. The objects are online with an average 3.66 days per week and 2.24 hours each time on line. In the aspect of attitude toward Internet addiction, the objects can easy access new information that makes them Internet addiction. In the aspect of Subjective norms for Internet addiction, the influence of parents is the most negative. In the aspect of perceived behavioral control for Internet addiction, the interactive and entertainment resources of the network can easily cause long-term use of network. In the aspect of behaviors for Internet addiction, the percentage of on line in the fifth and the sixth graders is rather high. Second, the study shows a significant difference whether there is a computer at home or not in the aspect of both Internet addiction attitude and perceived behavioral control for Internet addiction. Third, attitude toward Internet addiction, subjection norm for Internet addiction and perceived behavioral control for Internet addiction can effectively predict behavioral for Internet addiction that can explain the total variance of 31.3%. The main predictive variables are "attitude toward Internet addiction", "subjection norm for Internet addiction" and "perceived behavioral control for Internet addiction". The study shows those who are with lower attitude toward Internet addiction, the more poor subjection norm for Internet addiction and the weaker perceived behavioral control for Internet addiction are more serious in Internet addiction behavior.
