It also investigated the relationship of teachers’ leadership style, parents’ educational expectation and students’ academic achievement. This study adopted the questionnaire survey method. Among 424 returned questionnaires, 373 were valid. The collected data was analyzed by mean, independent-samples T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusion is as follows: 1.The performance of elementary school teachers who use transformational and transactional leadership is above the average; the degree of elementary parents' expectation is also above the average. 2.The grade will affect the students’ awareness of teachers’ leadership style; the grade and parents’ education background may affect the students’ awareness of parents’ educational expectation. 3.Elementary teachers’ leadership style and students’ achievement have a positive correlation; elementary parents’ educational expectation and students’ achievement also have a positive correlation. 4.Teachers’ leadership style has a positive impact on students’ achievement; parents' educational expectation also has a positive impact. 5.Teachers’ leadership style through the intermediary role of parents’ educational expectations has a positive significant effect on students’ academic achievement.
