The quality of the LCD monitor will affect the yield of crystal displays. In order to meet customer needs and cost considerations, the supplier must strive to achieve the optimization equilibrium in terms of quality and productivity. In this study, the Taguchi method is applied to explore the impact of optical-quality glass cleaning process parameter optimization design. Three control factors are identified, namely the "slurry concentration", "brush escorted amount", "brush back speed" of optimal level of parameter combinations. The results showed that optimal design parameters are as following. A factor "slurry concentration: 20Be", B factor "brush escorted amount: 2mm", C factor "brush back speed: 3000rpm". In terms of the contribution factors, which are sorted by size are shown as: A factor "slurry concentration": 27.62%, B factor "brush regulate": 17.32%, C factor "brush Rotating speed": 3.20%.The number of the original design parameters of dust is 1613, the best parameter is 1042. In this study, the Taguchi method was conducted within the shortest time, under the least number of experiments and limited resources to perform robust design optimization parameters of the case company.
