The purpose was to analyze the company how to apply resource based from well-known regional factory transformed into a national tourist facility and become a critical success factor in a unique style sauce brands in the overall economic environment. Now day Datong sauce company hits the leader position in Taiwan’s soy manufacturing firms. The successful primary key factors not only include resource based but also as following: (1) the value of (2) Rare (3) Imperfectly Imitability (4) Non-Substitutable. The study was a case study to examine the operation of its resource base in addition to the above features with the critical success factors. Moreover, important factors that have yet to be addressed adequately include: (1) Professional manager system (2) To obtain marketing comprehensive benefits, established a separate marketing business model, expand market share. (3) Focus on market positioning successfully. (4) The success of the brand shaping, creating brand value strongly. (5) Expansion of trade marketing: established tourism factory, “Soy Sauce Brewing Museum” for the "edutainment"; that is the best marketing strategy for customers enjoy eating safe and health sauces.
