The glasses of wavefront have been discussed, but the contact lenses haven’t been discussed yet. On the other hand, how to reduce the non-ideal and to increase comfortably for wearer has become a big issue. Contact lenses of widespread user are not measurement system now. In this study, we will focus on the contact lenses changes that are caused by wavefront. We are going to make an optical system to measure the wavefront of contact lenses, and we will be proceed to measure myopia and hyperopia and multi-focal of contact lenses which are generally sold from the market. Finally, in this study can make as a reference value for future contact lenses. A contact lenses wavefront distribution measurement system that is expressed by Zernike polynomials has been built in this study. Wavefront aberrations of defocus, spherical aberration, tilt ,and coma have been analyzed and discussion and stability up to 85%. Measurements of contact lenses have been made.
