Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 102 === Clinical experience not only is the most important reference in the process of medical diagnosis, but also is one of the important healthcare quality indicators. Currently, in order to accumulate clinical experience, medical education provides medical students one year internship before they obtain a doctor's license. .In essence, clinical medical knowledge cannot be accumulated in a short time. Thus, the call for knowledge management in the medical diagnosis has become clear and loud. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is twofold. First, it systemically measures the semantic similarity of the disease and ICD-9CM ontology. Second. it infers the drug disease patients’ internal department served as an example, using case-based reasoning, in terms of formal concept analysis to construct the relationships among diseases and drugs. The results reveal that decision tree analysis can be effectively retrieved highly similar case in disease database. Following the case-based reasoning, this study can analyze the similarity of the disease, and provide correct of clinical knowledge. From the practice standpoint, further study will empirically inspect the other departments, along with physicians to validate the inference results.
