When an enterprise inspects and maintains machine and equipment periodically in compliance with laws and regulations or has been doing so in a manner better than provided by applicable laws, it is able to create a safe, healthy and comfortable work environment, reduce the possibility of occupational accidents, and protect the lives and properties of workers and all inhabitants living nearby. The purpose of this study is to establish a Self-Inspection management system to have enterprises be able to implement Self-Inspection on their machine and equipment more effectively, control the progress of Self-Inspection and report the defects found through the inspection immediately, and make enterprises place more importance on Self-Inspection, so as to reduce the occurrence of accidents. The method used in this study is to compile Self-Inspection related information, generate a flowchart showing inspection process and schedule, and design and plan for an Self-Inspection management website. The Visual Studio software is used to create ASP.NET web pages and the SQL Server database is also utilized to build the database for the website. The result of this study is the Self-Inspection management website that comprises five sections – Basic Information, Scheduling, Maintenance Management, Record Management, and Information. Basic Information allows occupational safety staff to create personnel, inspection targets, inspection forms, inspection plans and other relevant items. Scheduling allows inspectors to arrange the date and time for conducting Self-Inspection, and be able to control the status of the inspection on machine and equipment efficiently by means of its Inspection Progress Management function. Maintenance Management allows inspectors to repot the problems found through the inspection and generates the record of maintenance and repair based on the information provided by inspectors after the maintenance and repair work has been completed. Its Filing function saves the inspection record in the system for further reference. Information Section provides information and announcement relevant to Self-Inspection and allows users to check all the Self-Inspections scheduled. Through the application of this website, the user is able to control the progress of Self-Inspection work anytime and implement Self-Inspection in the work place more effectively. The website created in this study is just a prototype and can be further designed and planned to make its functions perfect and more diversified. Shuh-Hwa Lee 李樹華 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 133 zh-TW |
