Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 科技法律研究所 === 102 === With the development of science and technology, the comic books have been replaced by so called digital devices such as Computers, Smart Phones, Pads and electronic paper, even the way of reading, display and style are going to be replaced by "Animation" as well. Even though, the fantasy stories and special character design of those comic books still deeply in people's mind, hence there are some people funded and trying to "digitalize" these comic books. But the mainly question of this study is [under the same expression, how or should the "Digitalize Content" been protected by Copyright Act herein]? These Reports were entrusted by private company for analyzing some specific projects by the ways of legal analyzes. With the way of technical analyzes, these reports will be presented by the form of technical reports herein. In this Study, there will be two solutions hereinafter, first is the way of Literature Analysis, in which trying to definite and clear up the judgment of "Digitalize Content" in Copyright Act by Literature Analysis; Second is through the way of Cases Study, by researching and studying the individual case in whom could be the representative of Digital Content Industry, attempt to figure out some conclusions of this study under such inter-comparisons hereinbefore.
