Key Attributes of Satisfaction with the Public Policy of the Government to Promote Low-carbon Communities

碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程系碩士班 === 102 === Enviromental Protection Administration (EPA) has build 52 low-carbon communities at 2011, but currently there is no related research to promote a low-carbon community satisfaction, especially on the level of satisfaction with key attributes of service quality. The design of the study questionnaire incorporated five main aspects of service quality, as well as customer satisfaction and SERVQUAL scale, and using Importance performance Analysis (IPA), Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry model (PZB), Kano model and refined Kano model. Survey data were gathered for further analysis using SPSS software to obtain parameters such as mean and standard deviation. The subjects in this study are from Yunlin County (Lianshih Vlg., Linbei Vlg. and Sunjie Vlg.). The questionnaire survey was administered via face-to-face interviews, yielding 389 effective questionnaires (87.7% effective). The results show that: (1) In the primary improvement by comprehensive IPA, PZB, Kano model shows that community facilities devices of power saving for people with practical experience of high importance but low satisfaction; (2) Communities often organize environmental advocacy activities that people feel most satisfied, and therefore should continue to maintain the project ;(3) Seven carbon reduction measures for the control of low-carbon community, people feel high importance and high satisfaction with the project are Environmental green and community stay in the streets clean, and often held community environmental advocacy activities; (4) Seven carbon reduction for the control of low-carbon community, people feel the need to improve the project are Energy saving community facilities means facilities; renewable energy-public facilities set up renewable energy; green transportation-bus commuter shuttle service community; lowcarbon life-Community Association Tour organization needs timely and appropriate response to assist residents.
