Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 102 === Since 1876 which the first telephone was invented by Bell, human have used to phone communication about 140 years. This can shorten the distance between people effectively. Since the early 80’s the mobile phones have affected human’s habits and customs. Due to rapid evolution of wireless communication technology, mobile phone system has gone through 1G, 2G, 3G and 4G system. With smart phone coming out, people pursuing wireless spectrum, APP software appearing and community software clustering effect to all these factors, the late 3G system’s data transformation has been updated more quickly. 4G telecommunication companies are going to compete in the second quarter of 2014. Because Taiwan mobile telecommunication market is being saturated, the licenses have been provided and the market is being acute competition, the major companies are only about three. Others either are being merged or running in the red deficit. Because many companies had devoted large amounts of capital, and therefore unable to offer a better solution to customers, so they still need to pay the relative cost. The study discussed about mobile telecommunication current situation and future trend when Taiwan’s mobile telecommunication is being saturated. We analyzed the industry and used Porter five forces analysis to provide the special permission licenses by the authority of mobile telecommunication and create a multi-wins situation for users, operators and government.
