In the experiment, we discuss the methods to clean and etch the ITO substrate for stabilizing the properties of the OLED device. And we find the best encapsulation method to protect the active area of OLED device be broken after exposure UV source in the encapsulation process. At the final part, we fix the current at 4mA and the best result of the color rendering index is 66 for the 0.5% red dopant device and the current efficiency is 15cd/A for 1% red dopant device.
