This study mainly used action research, and qualitative methods supplemented the statistical data in the collection and analysis. The participants were selected from the researcher’s students of classes as the object of study, and planned physical education curriculum of fourth grade into a formal curriculum and instruction and informal processes to implement. Before the study of action research, the participants were given the fitness test as the analysis of pre-test. The researcher used a physical creative curriculum intervention experiment for a period of sixteen weeks. Then, the researcher gave the participants the post-test of fitness. Data processing: the quality method adopted observation records, teaching notes, learning feedback and interview; quantitative method was by measuring physical fitness test before and after the curriculum. The fitness test items were according the Ministry of Education, including height, weight measurement (converted by the body mass index), before sitting body bent, knees one minute sit-ups, stand long jump and 800-meter run away and so on. Comparative study after 16 weeks of courses to verify whether physical fitness has a significant impact on fitness test or not. Data dependent sample t test for independent samples and single-factor ANCOVA test was to the interaction of each group before and after exercise, and significant levelα=.05. The results showed that: First, the physical and creative teaching curriculum implementation case, unlike past education curriculum, new curriculum implementation results show that there is a significant difference on participants’ flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance of physical fitness. Second, after the physical and creative teaching curriculum implementation, the subjects in the body mass index, flexibility, muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory function and other health-related physical fitness, which significantly enhanced the effect (* p <.05). The study conclusion: Implementation of physical and creative curriculum, it could have a significant impact on fourth grade students’ healthy body, especially the children’s body mass index, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance which have substantial growth and progress.
