碩士 === 中州科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程系 === 103 === Teacher is the promoter of national education, and school teachers but also for s atudentsfter school and the first contact most far-reaching of the first line of officers, and the importance of their physical and mental state of mind can not be ignored. In this study, a questionnaire survey was mainly to explore Taichung Beitun District,Tanzi District,Fengyuan District elementary school teachers, their job stress, job satisfaction and leisure satisfaction impact the effectiveness of teaching, the further improvement strategy proposed for the current situation and the follow-up research and development proposals. Research tools including "The scale of Work Stress", "The scale of Job Satisfaction," "The scale of Leisure Satisfaction" and "The scale of Teaching Efficacy". Data analysis methods using reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis method, single factor analysis of variance and Pearson product–moment correlation coefficient explained by this study want to explore the issue. Study found: 1、 Different individual variables of school teachers for work stress, job satisfaction, leisure satisfaction and teaching effectiveness are significant differences exist. 2、 Work pressure has a significant impact on the effectiveness of teaching. 3、 Job satisfaction have a significant impact on the effectiveness of teaching. 4、Leisure satisfaction has a significant impact on the effectiveness of teaching. Finally, the conclusion of this research is only to make recommendations to educational authorities,schools and teachers in future research projects.
