碩士 === 中州科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程系 === 103 === ABSTRACT This study in Taichung City firefighters work stress and perceived risk both for the well-being and further work to explore the impact of job satisfaction of the situation, taking advantage of sampling was under the jurisdiction of the Field for firefighters, and based on the results of this study, to Fire Bureau of Taichung City Government and future recommendations, expected results of the study it can effectively reduce the firefighter job stress and improve their job satisfaction. The results found that in regression analysis, the operating pressure has a positive impact on the work of well-being, but there was no impact on job satisfaction; perceived risk Jie positive impact on job well-being and job satisfaction; work on happiness job satisfaction also have a positive impact. In mediation effect model, the work happiness during the working pressure and perceived risk impact on job satisfaction in having a partial mediator effects of which affect the perceived risk of job satisfaction will be converted to the negative impact from the positive effect, the impact of the work of well-being and job satisfaction for the positive effect, and the effect is enhanced.
