In accordance with associated investigation, most people stay in door, therefore the quality of indoor air affects the health of people a lot. It might cause problems like Sick Building Syndrome, Multi Chemical Sensitivity, and asthma in the short term, it increases the risk of suffering from cancer in the long run. Especially, the air quality at classroom is the most important part for the environment of campus. Bad learning environment may affect the working efficiency for teachers and learning capabilities for students. What is even worse, it might cause symptoms of breathing difficulties and drowsiness. Good quality of indoor environment can enhance the efficiency of learning at the space for teaching. When more people gathering in a classroom of poor ventilation can cause the increase of carbon dioxide and the concentration of other contaminated materials. In addition, the exhausted heat from the information facility in use can result in the increase of temperature at classroom. All the factors mentioned above can make the users at classroom feel drowsiness, headache, fatigued and other dis-comfortable symptoms to your body, as well as increase the efficiency of learning. This study confers the situation of information facility in use and without any user, as well as restricts the opening of doors and windows to proceed the examination of quality of indoor carbon dioxide. By doing this, we try to understand and probe into the analysis of concentration variance of carbon dioxide at classroom. This study proceeds the air quality examination of indoor carbon dioxide by using with and without the operation of the information facility at classroom and environmental variables of indoor ventilation (natural & mechanical ventilation), and under the situations of with and without users. To understand and discuss the analysis of concentration change of carbon dioxide at classroom. This study uses methods of “Literature Reviews,” “Experimental Research,” and “Data Analysis” to analyze and discuss its characteristics. To the continuous accumulation of indoor carbon dioxide which may result in any kind of healthy and mental endanger, we use the method of literature review to undertake this job. Besides, we adopt the detection method announced by the Environment Protection Agency, Executive Yuan to perform practical examination. To detect and analyze the variance and impact of information facility at classroom to indoor carbon dioxide. The result of experiment shows that when information facility turned on and nobody at the classroom, without turning on environmental variables of indoor ventilation, carbon dioxide and temperature will increase and it is influential to the indoor environment. Furthermore, according to our experiment, as for the data change of ventilation system, door, and windows when information facility turned on, it provides obvious result of indoor carbon dioxide and temperature change if we turn on the ventilation system compared with the windows open, while when the door is open and the indoor carbon dioxide and temperature change goes down just a little bit but not very obviously. If we add some users, in light of our experiment, the carbon dioxide temperature and humidity concentration change measured in the morning with the same amount of people inside the room, far less than that in the afternoon. It is possible that students discuss at the classroom in the morning is not more active compared with students discuss at the classroom in the afternoon. Besides, the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity accumulates more in the afternoon compared with the concentration in the morning, as a result of this, the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity in the afternoon is far worse than in the morning. If we focus on the data variance of combination of users plus ventilation system, door, and window, the indoor carbon dioxide and temperature change is much better when the ventilation system turned on and windows open, compared with the ventilation system turned on and door open. Therefore, we obtain the results from the experiment that indoor information facility is influential to the carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity. While with the involvement of environmental variables, as for the improvement of efficiency of indoor carbon dioxide, temperature, and humidity, we realize that when the ventilation system is on and windows are open, the decrease of carbon dioxide, temperature, humidity are much better than the ventilation system is on and door is open.
