| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 土木防災與管理碩士班 === 103 === In order to finding the impact factors and prevention strategies of fire in Keelung City, this investigation tried to analyze the secondary data from statistics of administrative bureaus and to find out the relative rules of policy.
It used quantitative data of 2011-2014 from system of bureau statistics and of positive questionnaire and qualitative data of deeply interviews to expert to understand if the empirical analysis is fitted with practical experience of respondents. Finally the study tried to develop some ways to lowdown the loss caused by fire.
The empirical analysis, from conducting hypotheses of the relationships between administrative area and fire type analysis, casualty and loss analysis, time analysis of fire, fire place analysis, building category analysis of fire, fire building height analysis, and analyze the causes of the fire, finds that there are significant relationships between administrative area and casualties, fire department, building category, building height. The studied results reveal that, the empirical analysis is fitted with practical experience of respondents, and respondents all recognize researcher’s suggestions of avoiding calamity because of fire.
