The multibit-flipping criterion is devised based on the least reliable positions and then voting criterion is used to find and flip bits which are higher than average number of votes. The proposed algorithm is derived theoretically from the Belief-Propagation decoding algorithm. In addition, an early stopping criterion was also proposed to reduce the number of decoding iterations for avoiding divergence or oscillate state. The proposed decoder can converge faster and provide better performances than the conventional weighted bit-flipping and multibit-flipping decoders. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can reduce significantly the number of decoding iterations and therefore improve the error performance to achieve a good balance between performance and complexity. 陳作舟 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 65 zh-TW
