| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 航空運輸研究所在職專班 === 103 === Taiwan the island nation, as the global economy changes, faced to the competitive impact of globalization, the globalization trend in the development of business continuity, and the business aviation has a positive contribution on the regional economy and international companies. Business have to spend time to obtain more profits efficiently, and therefore as the business travelers travels more times, in order to save time, keeping privacy, safety and comfort of travel and corporate image and other needs, traditional civil aviation in the past unable to meet the business needs gradually, resulting in more opportunities for business aviation to get. Business aviation services provided primarily for the company's international business executives, the company owner, high-end VIP, major suppliers and other related business travelers, so business owners will pay special attention to the company's image. As a result, privacy and high selectivity of both business and the general flight are different from that of ordinary visitors. So, the inner aircraft cabin service process tends to be different and unique from general aviation aircraft. This study, exploring the literature, air, ground crew interviews, gathering information on active duty in the industry, analyzes the market, in order to understand its strengths and weaknesses and then offer insights and suggestions as contributions to optimize the management of domestic commercial aviation cabin and enhance the service quality finally.
