This increased emission has brought out green-house effect on earth and caused various climate changes around the world. To eliminate the growth rate of green-house effect, it is essential to aware people from their mindsets since the childhood and let them experience what is green and how to get green around their living environment. In general, elementary school possesses some successful factors such as large planted landscape, permeable ground floor for rain, and friendly space for living specimens to be a green platform to develop sustainable environment. Therefore, in Taiwan ministry of education initiated “Taiwan Sustainable Campus Program” to promote eco-campus on building as well as ground floor. The main purposes of this study are to calculate the campus green level on the basis of “THE CRITERIA OF GREEN BUILDING"issued in 2012 by the ministry of the interior﹒There are five green architecture indicators of biodiversity, greenery, soil water content, water resource, sewage & garbage improvement are introduced. In this study, the ratings of biodiversity, water resource as well as garbage are reached standard criteria. The performance of sewage improvement is on the acceptance level. But the ratings of greenery and soil water content are under acceptance levels. According to the above study results, it is obvious showed that greenery, total area of green, and soil water content of current campus need to be further improved. However, due to the consideration of implementation priority and resource availability, a mid-term and long term execution plans are suggested for the case study of currently Campus.
