For this, the government amended “The Equalization of Land Rights Act”, “The Real Estate Broking Managment Act” and “The Land Administration Agent Act” on December 30, 2011 and put the effect. And then in order to promote the sound development of the real estate market and the implementation of housing justice. To come out into publish of real estate transaction is the important issue, people are expect to through the actual price registration system to become transparent and correctnecss on the Ministry of the Interior’s real estate transaction database. The using people of actual price registration system are according to property owner, land administration agent or real estate agent to be report. To be understand the satisfaction reason of the users are the important issue when using the actual price registration system according to the rules by property owner, land administration agent or real estate agent. We research the system of successful mode and difference theory on the user's point, and through the combine the information system of all area on the successful mode and the emphasize and felling level on difference theory to form framework of judge the user’s satisfaction research, and then build the satisfaction index of “national system for registering the actual prices of property transactions”. And compare difference of the emphasize degree and felling level. We aimed satisfaction survey of property owner, land administration agent or real estate agent whom on the Hsinchu County.
