Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系碩士班 === 103 === In recent years, with the influence of the rapid progress of information technology, and sophisticated network systems, the government has aggressively promoted E-government in Taiwan for many years. In July 2014, the government of Hsinchu City fully implemented the attendance management system at schools of Hsinchu City. The original manual tasks have been completely changed into the attendance management system. This change has been a big shock to the users: the teachers and staff, because they must re-learn and adapt quickly to the new system. When the government introduced the new system, it is considered to be worth exploring. This research focuses on the affecting factors of the satisfaction of attendance management system based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). A total of 450 surveys were sent out and 433 effective surveys were returned. By utilizing Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis, the results indicate that: The teachers and staff are satisfied with attendance management system. Computer self-efficacy has positive effects on perceived ease of use ,but computer anxiety has negative relationship with perceived ease of use. Perceived ease of use has the positive influence on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have the positive influence on intention to use,but the most significant factor of intention to use is perceived usefulness. Intention to use has the positive influence on satisfaction.
