Ministry of education suggested multiple informative education policies, duly introduced the interactive electrical whiteboard in teaching settings and established e-classroom to improve the teaching quality, which the teacher became a key character to perform the policy. From reviewing the previous relevant literatures, the researches of interactive electrical whiteboard were mainly focused on the usage intention of teacher, learning behavior and learning outcomes of students by technology acceptance model. In order to come up against the information age vary every minute, the study adopted 11 variables of the extended technology acceptance model as basic and applied the Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCM) by expert questionnaire survey to discuss the intention and relative components of primary school teachers using electrical whiteboard. The dynamic relation between components of primary school teacher using electrical whiteboard through temporal contexts to realize the process of evolvement; the development status was discussed by operation of status simulation and fuzzy cognitive map. The results may be utilized to realize the dynamic process status of primary school teachers using electrical whiteboard through temporal contexts, provide school administration to understand the consideration of teachers and a reference of operation decision to respond to the possible variation in the future.
