Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理學系碩士班 === 103 === Under the conditions of the economic development needs for the dramatic increase in rapid transit demand, Taichung Mass Rapid Transit System is Taiwan's fourth mass transit system. Currently the Green Line between Wuri and Wensin is under construction. Since this project is designed by using the viaduct structure so that concrete is used as the main construction material (approximately 700,000 cubic meters). Since it is required to supply large quantity in such a short duration of this case, product quality and production capacity of concrete suppliers are some of key issues for any infrastructure projects. This study first, through literature reviews, establishes in the assessment framework four major factors and 19 minor factors. The four major factors are production management, performance capabilities, quality control and cost control. Then, through fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) three minor assessment factors are excluded. The final framework consists of 4 major factors and 16 minor factors. Furthermore, the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) is used to determine the relative weights of the major and minor factors to facilitate the establishment of the selection criteria verified by a real case in Taichung using the Borda’s function. The selection criteria presented in this study could help decision maker choose the proper ready-mixed concrete plants in Taichung area.
