In this study, manufacture of pharmaceuticals and medicinal chemical products, job stress and analysis hierarchy process literature as the theoretical basis, and screened fifteen pharmaceutical salesman for the study. In addition, the research method are adopted in this study are literature review and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the results of this study were following: 1. In the first level of dimension, “organizational stress” (weight was 0.375) has the highest rating; follow by “personal stress” (weight was 0.322) and “environmental stress” (weight was 0.303). 2. At the second level, the top six ranked in the order as follow; “supervisor’s leadership style” (weight was 0.118), “customer relationship management capabilities” (weight was 0.116), “national health insurance drug price reduction policy” (weight was 0.107), “organizational change” (weight was 0.104), “interpersonal communication and coordination capabilities” (weight was 0.103) and “performance goal orientation” (weight was 0.079).
