Summary: | 碩士 === 嘉南藥理大學 === 職業安全衛生系 === 102 === When organizations and enterprises face to improve safety performance or reduce frequency of occupational accidents, they usually adopt engineering improvement, education and enforcement, excluding human factor. It causes enterprises to spend a lot of funds and manpower, but not to modify unsafe behavior of employees. Perhaps human concept being not easily affected leads itself to be ignored. How to effectively enhance safety and health participation of employees will be very important issues. This paper was based on Fogg’s persuasive technology. According to the three items of Fogg’s behavior model, the behavior of employee involvement in safety was divided into motivation, ability and trigger. In accordance with the behavior wizard, the employees’ familiarities of safety and health behavior were divided into doing new behavior, doing familiar behavior and increasing behavior intensity. Then, integrating improvement strategies, the strategy matrix to promote employee involvement in safety was proposed. It looks forward to provide organizations and enterprises with strategies and recommendations to promote employee involvement in safety.
