The totally new learning features,style and method come into being, and let the students achieve better result and adaptability with the development of information technology.However, whether to promote interactive whiteboard successful as expected, teachers' intentions and behavior affect the use of very large, worthy of further study and discussion.This paper use technology acceptance model to discuss the acceptability of kindergarten teacher using interactive whiteboard and furthermore improve the desire of the teacher to use it to teach.Teacher information literacy, performance expectations, expectations efforts, social influence and promote conditions for the five variables to predict the surname of perceived usefulness, perceived ease surname, attitudes and behaviors affect willingness to use it. The questionnaire was written and edited for conducting the survey following designing the questionnaire and consulting experts. and the following conclusions have Information literacy teachers, effort expectancy and social influence have all the efforts have a positive impact on "interactive whiteboards acceptance." However, performance expectations and promote the conditions for "interactive whiteboard acceptance of" not having a significant impact.The results of the study on the practice can be provided to the competent authorities and kindergarten education in promoting and interactive whiteboard based on policies related to education, and kindergarten teachers promote information technology into teaching reference.
