To do this through consideration in the literature and suggestions of experts, are explored the richness and limitations of electronic catalog commerce (ECC in short) model. This research will develop an electronic catalog commerce system based on web-App mode of service-oriented architecture combined advantages in many kinds of business models, such as TV shopping, online shopping, mail order, etc. The development of electronic catalog management systems is based on six functions which have database link, catalogs editing, product selection, template style design, version management and screen preview. In addition to the development of electronic catalog management systems, the research also studied presentation of commodity diversification and shopping cart included. To obtain the latest catalog information (the records related to product attributes, commodity inquiry and purchase order information, etc.) from Server, we will use the JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) data structure specification, based on number version of catalog and the way of bounce windows to update, and to be performed in offline, besides internet-based service, for example, multimedia, shopping cart etc., that will be stored in Cache. When network is active, it will push the cache data in JSON way to Server and manage after client agrees, that is, the order management system in ECC model.
