This study was used stratified study by random sampling. The achievement motivation scales and innovative teaching scales, developed by the author, were administered to 414 representatives of preschool educators that were selected from public and private kindergartens in Taichung City.The survey of data was carried out statistical analysis by using the methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product- moment correlation. Based on questionnaire data analysis, the study found that: 1. The achievement motivation reach middle-high level of preschool educators, and among the variables, "work challenge" shows the highest scores. 2. The innovative teaching reach high level of preschool educators, and among the variables, "Classroom management" shows the highest scores. 3. The achievement motivation and innovative teaching of preschool educators were significant differences because the variants of preschool property, current positions, age, working experience, marital status and number of children. 4. The achievement motivation and innovative teaching of preschool educators was moderate positive correlation in Taichung City preschools. Finally, according to the research results to make recommendations to provide preschool educators, education administrative agencies and future researchers.
