This paper presents a set of adaptive feed control function to cope, can not add any peripheral hardware, mining and axial shaft loads only the original internal controller provides feed rate to do research, to spindle load and feed rate control optimization, thus improving the efficiency of the processing tool life and allows the machine tool industry to be on the cutting applications or enhance the value of sales, in order to play the processing performance of the domestic machine tools, machine tools and thus enhance domestic competitiveness in the international arena and additional value.
First of all, the first to adaptive feed control system architecture and mathematical model, explain FANUC each servo controlled manner, writing functionally related programs, and the use of Macro Executor to design a screen to view the spindle load and the amount of feed rate changes, to borrow by adjusting the servo parameters, to understand the relationship between the parameters between speed and spindle load for cutting feed. Finally, the study by the spindle load feed control function is turned on or off, machining efficiency and tool life verify whether there are corresponding machine upgrade, to substantiate the findings.
