Description
Summary:碩士 === 健行科技大學 === 工業管理系碩士班 === 103 === Due to globalization, supply chain management issues have attracted many scholars into research. Unlike traditional inventory management only considers individual positions, effective supply chain need members to collaborate with each other so that the entire supply chain system achieves optimum. Therefore, developing a effective inventory management policy can control the amount of inventory in real time with real quantity and make inventory management more efficient to achieve the lowest cost of inventory. It is a serious issue for many companies. In the case of raw materials or finished products containing defective items, this study proposes two inventory models integrated raw materials and finished goods. To achieve the lowest joint inventory cost, this study derives the optimal number of deliveries for raw materials and the optimal batch for finished products. In the numerical examples, this study not only illustrates the calculation process but also analyzes how defective rates affect the optimal solutions.
