There are many factors to affect it. For example, fast changes of democratic current trend, continuing mend of education policy, diversities of cultural values, changes of social values, the rights of parents to involve in school affairs, and so on. We conduct a questionnaire survey to get the information is used for this study. The main samples are the teachers of junior high schools and elementary schools in Taiwan. There are two hundred and eighty-two questionnaires available. The aim of the research is to analyze and study the interrelationship of abusive supervision of the executives in schools, and emotional labor as well as emotional exhaustion. The results are in the followings: 1. The effect of the abusive supervision on emotional exhaustion is significant. 2. Abusive supervision really can cause emotional labor. 3. The effect of emotional labor on emotional exhaustion is also significant. 4. Teachers are prone to be emotionally exhausted by abusive supervision, and be mediated by emotional labor. The results are provided to the related authorities with a view to improving the educational environment of schools in Taiwan.
