Road bike are particular about the collocation between human and vehicles, therefore, the collocation between body size and size of road bike is extremely important, due to the wrong size may cause low efficiency on sport, otherwise it may cause serious injuries. This study has divided sports injuries into two categories through literature: 1. Traumatic injuries. 2. Fatigue injuries. Fatigue injuries were caused by improper posture of muscle, bone and cartilage to make it becomes uncoordinated movement or muscle hyperextension injuries. According to this study, we had design one riding position checklist which refers to the sports injuries when riding the road bike as basis adjusted.In this study, the seat size of bike is set into two kinds, one is formula size, and other is fine-tuning size. The difference between this two is the fine-tuning size are trimming its size through the subjective feelin gs of comfort and riding position checklists, then compare this two sizes by experiment. Before experiment, this study had got the body size data of the subject first, and transit size to formula size. After that, subject had got 5 minutes riding test, then write down the body discomfort scale with riding position checklist to get adjusted to fine-tuning size, and get the second riding test. This study had tested 15 subjects and used the sign test method as the statistical method after the experiment. The result shows that the comfort fine-tuning size significant subjective comfort improvement (p< 0.025) on knee, shoulder, upper arms, back and shoulder of human. This study can provide the bike fitting system more quickly and correctly adjustment, let the bicycle rider can ride healthier and more comfortable.
