Most tribal young people move to cities for better development, making tribal population imbalance, mostly the elderly. The tribal mainly industry is farming, with original farmers getting old, vain has rich resources and agricultural land, but no young people undertake business. Coupled with recent years, the Government is actively promoting the tourism industry, so for the purposes of the status of the tribe, is a good transfer opportunity. The research subject of this study is Samuluh, which is located in East Taiwan, and where I was born and grow. Samuluh has a unique flavor of the original forest, with charming Bunun culture. The Native Humane Association of the ROC, a non-profit organization founded in 2008, promotes local public welfare activities in Samuluh. The association held two sightseeing tour activities in recent two years to promote tribal tourism marketing. In this study, use in-depth interview to collect opinions toward these two activities of tribal populations. There have five people as research subjects of this study. The topic of in-depth interview including (1) opinion, necessity and leading practice of Samuluh sightseeing tour activities, (2) the impact of sightseeing tour activities on Samuluh residents, (3) participate situation of Samuluh residents, (4) possibility and willingness of Samuluh young people to back hometown for work. Results showed that Samuluh residents not only have expectations and consensus view, but also has a high degree of participation. They consider that is necessity for Samuluh to promote tourism marketing, and provided several suggestions for planning and design of Samuluh sightseeing tour activities. Samuluh residents are all look forward their tribal will have more competitive in the future in order to stimulate the development of tribal youth to return to the tribe. Finally, this study suggested that if there have necessity for planning relative issues or activities, it should reference opinions that are provided by local professional background resident. It may have better solution for local situations. Furthermore, the study also suggest the governments should provide more resources to remote tribes, in order to help tribes develop its own characteristics, thus creating local industrial competitiveness, to attract young people to return home employment.
