碩士 === 大葉大學 === 設計暨藝術學院碩士班 === 103 === In this thesis, we think the worst natural disaster in Taiwan is flooding, to make a disaster prevention programs for residence, to design a residence, which can detect the threat of flooding to take corresponding actions by its' own, such as raising the height of itself to be away from water, rather than only inform and expelled people and stacked sandbags hurriedly for waterproofing work when flooding strikes.Aim Taiwan natural disasters affect to residence and take the flooding impact to residence in Taiwan as the main research in this thesis.Besides, via analyzing every case of water-building coexistence, to understand problems which caused by the flooding and the corresponding solutions for it.From case analysis and research, we finally propose a design of house which can the deal with flooding,and the residence's area restrictions is in central and southern Taiwan.In this thesis, the disaster prevention project will focus on the architectural design of the telescopic structure foundation, when the flood comes, the building can be increased to prevent being infringed from flood along with flood inundation range and height.Considering the flood happens in Taiwan will cause power and water shortage.
