For many enterprises, promoting the employees’ leisure life and improving their working efficiency has become an important business strategy. More and more enterprises have established clubs within the company to provide recreational opportunities for employees as an important employee welfare policy. However, few studies have explored the leisure activity participation, job satisfaction and well-being of the employees. Therefore, this study treated the employees of sightseeing aviation, information and electronics, and medical related industries as the subjects, and explored the relationship between their participation of the corporate leisure activities, job satisfaction, and well-being. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the employees of related industries in Taoyuan County, Taipei City, Hsinchu County and Ksaohsiung City. A total of 316 valid samples were retrieved. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that: (1) the participation of the enterprise’s internal leisure activities affected the enterprise employee’s job satisfaction positively; (2) the employee’s job satisfaction affected the well-being positively; (3) the participation of the enterprise’s internal leisure activities affected the employee’ well-being positively. Based on the results, suggestions are proposed to the enterprises. Cheng-Jong Lee 李城忠 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 83 zh-TW
