Using questionnaires, the study issued 300 questionnaires to the elementary school teachers in Hsinchu County, and obtained 401 valid questionnaires, response rate was 80.33%.The researcher analyzes questionnaire data by reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, chi-square test and multiple stepwise regression analysis.For the statistical analysis from the survey data, the conclusions are following: 1.Overall school teachers’ paternalistic leadership style to the highest is moral leadership.Male teachers are more authoritarian leadership and moral leadership. 2.Overall school teachers tend to use cooperative strategies when faced with a conflict of teachers and students. Teachers of different gender, years of teaching, education, school size, the use of conflict management strategies will be different. 3.Overall school teachers tend to use cooperative strategies when faced with a conflict of teachers and parents. Teachers of different gender, the use of conflict management strategies will be different. 4.In the face of conflict between teachers and students, authoritarian leadership can negatively predict compromise strategies, benevolent leadership can positively predict responsiveness strategies. 5.In the face of conflict between teachers and parents, authoritarian leadership can negatively predict cooperative strategies; moral leadership can positively predict competition strategies. 6.There are a relationship between Student-teacher conflict management strategies and Parent-teacher conflict management strategies according to chi-square test. Finally, we hope the results of this study are available to schools and teachers in reference to enhance the leadership of teachers. The conflict prevention and proper management can be transformed into conflict rational communication opportunity. To ensure that educational goals are fulfilled.
