Eight invited scholars and experts in related fields of profession composed of Delphi Technique group, after three rounds of Delphi Technique questionnaire analysis to consent the after-school care services personnel standard on personality traits, knowledge and skills as follows: 1. The personality traits:The item of compatibility, to "treat people good" the most important;the item of openend experience, "a sense of responsibility" the most important;the item of extraversion, "to be energetic" and "willing to interact with people" the most important;the item of neuroticism, "with confidence" the most important;the item of rigorous self-discipline, "with the focus thinking", the most important. 2. The professional knowledge : "With the knowledge of child development" is the most important. 3. The skills:"To have the task execution" is the most important.
